Cancellation of an appointment:

You may cancel a confirmed appointment up to 24 hours prior to the appointment time with no charge.

A $20 cancellation fee will be charged to the cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed appointment.

If you fail to cancel at least 3 hours prior to the confirmed appointment time, you will be charged $100 for your scheduled service.

Rescheduling of an appointment:

You may reschedule a confirmed appointment up to 3 hours prior to the appointment time at no charge.

A $20 service fee will be applied to the appointments rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time.

You can only cancel or reschedule an appointment by calling support at 1-866-574-2365.

Cancellation of a service and request to refund:

You may cancel the service within 30 days from the day service rendered.

A $20 service fee will be deducted from the complete paid amount for home or office visit.

Any replacement or return request for a product or an installed spare part will be reviewed and processed in 2 calendar days.

Spare part should be uninstalled by our expert only and it should be returned with the original packaging, price tag and invoice.

Refunds processed to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Bank Accounts are completely refunded within 3-5 calendar days after we receive and process your request.

Refunds in form of checks can take 10-12 calendar days
